Interventions

Biofeedback combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment group:Receive biofeedback combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment once a day, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks.
Pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment group:Receive pelvic floor magnetic stimulation treatment once a day, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 80 years old; (2) One month after laparoscopic assisted radical resection of rectal cancer (including temporary ileostomy), there is still defecation dysfunction; (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for LARS in the international LARS expert consensus; (4) Preoperative anal function examination was normal, with no bowel dysfunction; (5) Have good communication skills and be able to cooperate in completing intervention measures and questionnaire surveys. (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and exclude vulnerable groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with heart disease and hypertension; (2) Patients with previous inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and other conditions that may affect bowel function; (3) Patients with permanent stoma due to other reasons after rectal cancer surgery; (4) Patients who take drugs that may affect their bowel function for a long time; (5) Merge severe diseases of other organ systems such as heart, liver, kidney, and nervous system; (6) Discovered cases of distant organ metastasis of tumors. (7) Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
