Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome combined with obesity and insulin resistance. (2) Women of childbearing age, aged 18-40 years old. (3) Have not taken any drugs that affect menstruation (such as contraceptives, hormones or other drugs that affect insulin, blood sugar, sex hormones and lipid metabolism) within 3 months and have not adopted relevant treatment methods, and have no record of induced abortion. (4) Gynecological examination and auxiliary examinations: There is no organic lesion in the internal and external genital organs, and there is no other primary disease at the same time. (5) Those who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other endocrine diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid diseases, tumors secreting sex hormones, etc. (2) Complicated with severe or unstable physical diseases, including liver, kidney, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous or blood system diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc., and patients with mental illness. (3) Have a history of thromboembolic disease or a tendency to thrombosis. (4) Women who are heavy smokers or alcoholics. (5) Women who are lactating or pregnant. (6) Women with a history of other malignant tumors. (7) Have used statins/antibiotics/probiotic products/traditional Chinese medicine or other drugs known or suspected to affect reproductive or metabolic functions within the past 3 months. (8) Have a special constitution and are allergic to drugs. (9) Patients who need treatment in other aspects in addition to this disease and will affect this study and cannot follow the research plan of this study. (10) Patients with congenital deficiencies in the reproductive system who cannot meet the needs of this study.
