Normal frequency plus high frequency ventilation group (J12+200 group):The normal frequency is 12 times /min, the high frequency is 200 times /min, and the high frequency driving pressure is 0.15kPa f

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.0 ~ 28 kg /m2; 4. Hard tracheoscopy (biopsy, electrocoagulation, freezing, tumor resection, stent implantation, etc.) was performed; 5.Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute hemorrhage in larynx and trachea; 2. Acute respiratory infection; 3. Active pulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Patients who cannot be put into rigid tracheoscopes due to head backward limitation; 5. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cardiac pacemakers, ICD, serious mental diseases.
