Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Past medical examination, no systemic diseases 2. acceptance of simultaneous implantation with maxillary sinus floor augmentation 3. Intraoperative filling of a single type of bone grafts 4. acceptance of preoperative, immediate postoperative, and at least postoperative CBCT for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day 2 Patients with a history of chemotherapy, maxillofacial radiotherapy, bisphosphonate or denosumab injections 3 cardiac arrest in the last 6 months, 4 poor compliance with oral hygiene instructions, poor compliance with oral hygiene instructions 5 patients who have had implants or bone augmentation surgery at their current site.
