3cm group:Place the tracheal tube at a distance of 3cm from the tip of the tube to the protuberance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All patients met the surgical criteria for laparoscopy; And all adopt a head down position of 30 degrees; ? Age range: 18-70 years old; ? There were no obvious respiratory diseases before surgery, and lung function was basically normal; ?BMI 18kg/m2-30kg/m2; ? Agree to this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form; ? Approval of experimental research by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, as well as coagulation abnormalities; ? Pregnant and lactating patients; ? The medical records are incomplete, and we refuse to accept this clinical trial participant.
