18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years old 2) Elective thoracoscopic lung surgery 3) Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women 2) BMI >35kg/m² 3) Combination of acute lung injury or persistent hemodynamic instability or intractable shock, heart failure class III-IV (New York Heart Association Heart Failure Classification Criteria), chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/min), or severe hepatic failure (e.g., fulminant hepatic failure, etc.) 4) Chest imaging suggestive of pneumothorax or pleural effusion 5) History of chest surgery 6) Inadequate preoperative examination 7) Participation in other clinical trials
