Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic points of "stroke" in the "China Clinical Management Guidelines for Cerebrovascular Disease - Clinical Management of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease", and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination that it is a cerebral infarction in the left cerebral hemisphere, and it is the first time to have a stroke; (2) First-time stroke, 1 month = disease duration = 2 years; (3) 18 years old = 80 years old; (4) Aphasia as assessed by the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB), i.e., an Aphasia Quotient (AQ) score of <93.8, as a result of left hemispheric cerebral infarction; (5) Right sharp hand; (6) Volunteer to sign the informed consent form, understand and cooperate with the rehabilitation assessment and examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People with aphasia caused by other diseases such as brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, and brain parasitosis; (2) Speech disorders caused by peripheral organs such as dysarthria and cognitive disorders unable to cooperate with language function tests; (3) Aphasic patients in the presence of severe auditory or visual dysfunction; (4) Patients with severe post-stroke complications such as severe lung infection and shoulder-hand syndrome; (5) Patients suffering from severe heart disease, cardiac, hepatic, and renal failure, malignant tumors, and gastrointestinal bleeding; (6) Patients with a history of epilepsy.
