18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Patients scheduled for colonoscopy; (3)signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age >65 years; (2) constipation; (3) body mass index (BMI) greater than 25 kg/m2; (4) previous gastrectomy or colorectal resection; (5) history of Parkinson's disease, stroke, or spinal cord injury; (6) use of tricyclic antidepressant or narcotic medications; (7) severe heart or lung disease (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status 3 or 4); (8 ) severe renal failure (creatinine clearance <30mL/min); (9) decompensated cirrhosis of the liver or severe systemic disease; (10) impaired gag reflex or impaired mental status; (11) pregnant or breastfeeding; (12) allergy to PEG or LB; and (13) absence of informed consent
