Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: = 60 years old 2. Diagnosed as an acute DVT patient 3. Evaluate the tolerance of various organ function tests to relevant treatments or surgeries 4. Participants must understand and sign the informed consent form. Participants must have the ability to understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent form, and must sign the informed consent form before starting any specific procedure of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Non first-time acute DVT patients or non acute DVT patients. 2. History of long-term oral anticoagulation or medication affecting coagulation function. 3. Recent surgical history. 4. Consider non primary thrombosis formation. 5. Merge multiple serious underlying diseases or complications before the experiment. 6. Disability with incomplete limbs. 7. Patients who are bedridden for a long time or unable to take care of themselves. 8. The subject is unable to understand and sign the informed consent form.
