Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of CD confirmed by clinical presentation, serological indicators, imaging, endoscopy and histology; and (2) The patient was older than 18 years old; (3) No history of previous drug therapy (conventional therapy and biological agents); (4) Follow-up for 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Comorbid underlying conditions (including hypertension, diabetes, tumours, etc.); (2) Taking antibiotics within 1 month; (3) Previous intestinal surgery.
