Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? First onset, age 40 ~ 75 years, course of disease 3 ~ 6 months; ? Unilateral limb paralysis, the affected side of the upper limb and hand Brunnstrom stage is III to IV grade; ? Improved Ashworth of affected upper limb and hand muscle tension =1+ grade; ? The vital signs were stable and the score of the concise mental state Examination scale was > 24 points; ? All patients or family members have informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Previous history of cerebral organ disease, epilepsy, serious cardiopulmonary disease; ? Sensory aphasia, cognitive impairment, mental impairment, hearing and visual impairment after correction; ? There are metal implants, skull defects, and implanted cardiac pacemakers in the skull; ? Irritation area skin inflammation or damage, sensory disorders
