Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects in this study all signed the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria: From October to December 2024, 160 primiparas, aged 23-35 years old, gestational weeks = 37 weeks, Singleton, cesarean section, were scheduled for elective cesarean section in wards 22 and 23 of our hospital, all are transverse cuts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency cesarean section patients; Twin or multiple pregnancy; Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney and other organ diseases; Depressive neuropathy, anxiety, neurasthenia, etc; patients with severe obstetric complications; Patients with a history of chronic pain or chronic disease before surgery; Patients who do not cooperate and cannot follow the protocol. Criteria for discontinuation and elimination: those who require withdrawal halfway; Serious complications such as massive hemorrhage after operation.
