Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients after radical surgery for colorectal neoplasms; ?Age = 65 years old, regardless of gender; ?Patients receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; ?Basic self-care skills, KPS = 60 points; ?Normal communication skills; ?Be informed of the research content and methods, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe cardiac, cerebral, renal and other organ dysfunction; ?Participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study; ?History of other malignant tumours; ?Expected survival time <6 months; ?recurrence or metastasis of the tumor; ?Dementia.
