20 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-49 years old, with spontaneous menstrual cycles; (2) No previous Chlamydia infection or negative Chlamydia serological test; (3) Meet the indications for hysteroscopic surgery; (4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (Any one of the following should be excluded from this study) (1) There are clear contraindications for hysteroscopic surgery; (2) Concurrent with other gynecological diseases: a history of pelvic inflammatory disease and a history of chlamydia infection; (3) Any situation that is not suitable for invasive clinical procedures; (4) Refuse to sign informed consent form.
