18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-80 years old; 2. 18.5<BMI<24.0; ASA classification levels I-III; 4. Electively undergo single port thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with contraindications to regional blockade techniques (such as local anesthetic allergies, infections around the puncture site, and coagulation disorders: such as PLT1.5); 2. Individuals who have experienced any cerebrovascular accidents within the past 3 months, such as stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA); 3. Patients with language communication disorders or mental disorders; 4. Patients with severe bradycardia or II-III degree atrioventricular block; 5. Individuals with contraindications to experimental drugs and other anesthetics; 6. Identify patients with ipsilateral shoulder pain prior to surgery.
