Interventions

control group:(1) Take preventive nursing measures for device-related pressure injuries for high-risk patients
(2) When patients wear fixed devices, use cotton pads for protection in direct contact with the skin and mucosa
(3) Focus on checking the skin condition of the patient wearing the device during shift handover
(4) When patients have device-related pressure injuries, take corresponding treatment measures in a timely manner, and emphasize and timely statistical reporting during shift handover
Intervention group:Under the guidance of the intervention team, the nurses carried out nursing interventions for the patients in the intervention group according to the specific content of the device-

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age of the patient is = 18 years; ? The treatment and care time in the orthopedic department is = 24 hours; ? There is nopressure injury in any part of the body when entering the orthopedic department; ? The patient uses at least one medical apparatus (including common instruments such as neck braces, plaster, splints and fixtures); ? Patients who voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with skin diseases that may affect the judgment of device-related pressure injury; ? Patients with mental illness.
