Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients from 2015-2024; Adult patients undergoing thoracic pneumonectomy under general anesthesia; Cases with complete electronic records of anesthesia-analgesia modalities and outcome indicators

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients < 18 years old; ASA grade =V; Incomplete case.
