Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age =60 years; indwelling gastrostomy tube; stable condition; homogenised meal as basic energy source (more than 50% of intake) Diabetic patients with stable blood glucose under insulin or hypoglycaemic drug control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Discharged with severe endocrine-metabolic disease, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, (2) Intravenous use of fat milk, amino acids, and albumin in the last 1 month;
