Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-30 years old; 2. Have a history of at least one serious ankle sprain, with the most recent sprain occurring at least 3 months before the study; 3. Loss of control and/or sense of instability and/or repeated sprains in the ankle with a history of injury; 4. The sense of ankle instability was assessed by questionnaire: Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale score < 24; 5. Can complete the relevant intervention and index evaluation according to the test requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous operations on either lower limb (such as bone, joint structure and nerve); 2. Either lower limb has a history of fracture and needs to be reduced; 3. Acute injury to the musculoskeletal structure of the other joints of the lower limb within the first 3 months, affecting joint integrity and function (e.g. sprain, fracture), resulting in interruption of physical activity for at least one day.
