Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease of the British Brain Bank and the diagnostic criteria for non-dementia Parkinson's disease patients proposed by MDS; 2. Age between 55-80 years old 3. MoCA scale score > 20; 4. Informed consent has been signed. Control group: 1. Age between 55-80 years old 2. MoCA scale score > 25; 3. No history of diseases that affect cognitive function, such as delirium, stroke, severe depression, etc; 4. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging
