Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 years old, ASA grade I-II, gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, history of severe liver and kidney diseases, eye diseases such as glaucoma and elevated intraocular pressure, contraindications for spinal anesthesia, and refusal to participate in this study if the weight is greater than 100kg or less than 40kg.
