Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 80 years old The clinical diagnosis was valvular heart disease Undergo surgical treatment New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade I-III Able to understand the investigation and cooperate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ischemic heart disease was diagnosed preoperatively Combination of diseases that may affect the patient's rehabilitation exercises (mainly orthopedic and neurological diseases) Presence of severe dysfunction of vital organs (brain, liver, lungs, kidneys) Presence of intellectual and physical deficiencies
