Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) complete baseline data and regular follow-up. (2)Left Bundle branch block, LVEF =35% , NYHA Class II-IV cardiac function, optimal drug therapy for =3 months, 1 sinus rhythm (with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) ; 2QRS duration =140 ms in men or =130 ms in women, (3) ejection fraction =50% and left ventricular end-diastolic volume within normal range in patients who responded to cardiac resynchronization therapy, currently, patients (4) with no symptoms of heart failure are older than 18 years, are not pregnant, and are expected to survive for more than 1 year. (5) Patients signed informed consent forms for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pacemaker failure and incomplete baseline data. (2) patients with ventricular arrhythmias and dependence on ß-blockers (3) patients with expected survival time less than 1 year, pregnant and planned pregnancy. (4) the patients were also involved in another study, which may confound the results of this study. The patient refused to sign the informed consent form.
