Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Rheumatoid arthritis: (1) Clinically diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (meeting the EULAR/ACR2010 diagnostic criteria); (2) Age >18 years old, with a disease course of at least 6 weeks, gender not limited; (3) RA patients with at least one swollen joint and at least three tender joints; 2: Osteoarthritis: (1) Clinically diagnosed with osteoarthritis (meeting the Chinese Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Edition)); (2) Age >18 years old, gender not limited;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Rheumatoid arthritis: (1) Have a known autoimmune disease other than RA; (2) Have a history of serious chronic infection or current infection; (3) Diagnosed with cancer; (4) Pregnancy and lactation. 2: Osteoarthritis: (1) Have any known autoimmune disease; (2) Have a history of serious chronic infection or current infection; (3) Diagnosed with cancer; (4) Pregnancy and lactation.
