Intervention group:Systematic Aerobic Exercise
Control group:Subjects are free to choose their own type of exercise and equipment in the gym (under safety supervision), except for a uniformly organised warm-up exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese nationality; 2. Aged 18-35 years old; 3. IAT scale (Online Game Addiction Scale) score greater than 50, DSM-5 score greater than 5, combined with the game history (more than 2 years) and the game time (more than 2 hours/day); 4. Normal vision or corrected vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Seriously unstable physical or mental illness (e.g. asthma, heart disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, schizophrenia, etc.); 2. A history of alcohol, drug and other substance abuse.
