18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, age =18 years and gender; 2, American Society of Anesthesiologists classification (ASA) I to III; 3, presence of a foreseeable difficult airway situation; 4, finger-pulse oxygen =94% without oxygen; and 5, signing an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to local anesthetics; 2. airway bleeding; 3. uncooperative patients; 4. patient refusal; 5. severe respiratory disease
