Group A:Low calorie intake, calorific calorie intake is calculated as 11kcal/kg/d × actual body weight
Group B:The standard calorie intake, the calorie intake is calculated as 25kcal/kg/d× actual body weight

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-50 years old; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke, and BMI =25kg/m²; 3) No contraindications to enteral nutrition: 4) Patients who are expected to stay in NCU for = 10 days; 5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications to enteral nutrition or placement of enteral feeding tubes; 2) patients with parenteral nutrition of any type; 3) Those who are allergic to EN preparations; 4) Haemodynamically unstable; 5) Those who are unwilling to participate in the trial or unable to cooperate with the treatment; 6) Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
