Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with acute oral herbicide poisoning; ? Age =14 years old; ? Informed consent was obtained from patients or their guardians. ? If the patient has disturbance of consciousness, the drug can be administered through an indwelling gastric tube with airway protection and the informed consent of the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Non-oral herbicide poisoning; ?Exposure to toxins that inhibit gastrointestinal peristalsis (such as anticholinergic drugs, opioids, etc.); ? Disturbance of consciousness, no swallowing reflex, no airway protection; (4) Gastrointestinal corrosion or bleeding, gastrointestinal damage or suspected perforation; ? Recurrent vomiting; ? Informed consent could not be obtained.
