18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 18 to 45 years old; 2) 24 kg/m^2 = Body Mass Index, BMI)<35 kg/m^2; 3) The weight should remain stable for the first 3 months before the start of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Metabolic diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 2) Abnormal liver and kidney function; ( ALT or AST is more than 3 × ULN, eGFR is less than 30 ml/min/1.73 m2) 3) Malignant tumors; 4) Taking medications that affect weight loss outcomes, such as antidepressants, thyroid hormones, etc; 6) Eating disorders or vegetarianism; 7) Night shift, insomnia, smoking and alcohol abuse; 9) Pregnancy, planned pregnancy, lactation, or menstrual disorders;
