Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Han Nationality ?28 days = age < 18 years old ? Normal blood pressure (refer to pediatrics guidelines) ?Experienced doctors judge that the heart structure and function are normal; Patients < 1 year of age with patent foramen ovale or mild pulmonary artery stenosis (maximum instantaneous gradient < 15 MMHG) were included in the normal group ? Sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? All other abnormalities of the heart, including patent ductus arteriosus of any size; (2) Echocardiographic studies under sedation and anesthesia; ? The following patients: Non-cardiac comorbidities with potential cardiovascular effects (e.g., muscular dystrophy, kidney disease, storage disease, lung disease or severe anaemia); Hypertension (systolic or diastolic) >95% percentile or taking prescribed blood pressure medications; Cardiomyopathy of a first-degree relative (parent, child or sibling); Weight, heart rate, or any echocardiographic measurement Z-score 2.5; The image quality of the speckle tracking analysis was insufficient (i.e., more than two segments or all endocardial boundaries were not visible in the qualitative assessment); Children who cannot cooperate to complete an echocardiogram.
