Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 18 years and above but under 65 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria for belching (Rome IV criteria); 2. Before belching, move the throat vertically (not swallowing), close the mouth tightly, and tighten the facial muscles; Close the glottis (larynx) tightly before belching, take a deep breath, and suddenly stop breathing; 3. Belching is the main discomfort mentioned, and it also occurs when not eating or drinking (not limited to eating or drinking), and do not burp at night; 4. Those who are able to understand and accept the research protocol and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Routine biochemical and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy examinations exclude organic or metabolic diseases; 2. Having serious mental illness or language barriers, unable to fully understand this study and sign the informed consent form; 3. Researchers believe that there are other situations that are not suitable for research.
