Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing painless colonoscopy diagnosis and treatment; (2) 18-65 years old, no gender limit; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18~30kg/m2; (4) The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) graded ?~?. (5) Inspection time 10~30min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to the use of drugs in the study (2) Apnea sleep syndrome; (3) Serious respiratory system,cardiovascular system diseases, neuromuscular system diseases; (4) psychopathic ward; (5) Patients with liver and kidney function, coagulation dysfunction.
