Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Participants in this study must be aged between 18 and 65 years and belong to a high-risk group for diabetes, meeting at least one of the following conditions: body mass index (BMI) = 25 kg/m²; fasting blood glucose = 5.7 mmol/L; 1-hour post-glucose (PG) = 7.0 mmol/L; dyslipidemia; hypertension (= 140/90 mmHg), or cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; a family history of type 2 diabetes; or a history of gestational diabetes or polycystic ovary syndrome. Additionally, all participants must be willing to sign an informed consent form and agree to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: This study will exclude participants who meet the following conditions: those diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; those currently undergoing antidepressant treatment; and those with various severe illnesses, such as pancreatitis, liver cancer, severe digestive system diseases, post-surgical patients, and other cancer patients that may affect blood glucose levels.
