Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gynecologic surgery; age 18-65 years; ASA class I-III; BMI 18-28 kg/m2; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative MMSE score =17 or inability to complete the scale assessment; history of comorbid psychiatric disorders, chronic pain, alcohol or drug abuse; significant abnormalities in severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, and renal function (transaminases elevated 2-fold or more); allergy to the test medication; body weight <45Kg, BMI =28kg/m2; pregnant or lactating women; preoperative PaO2 <60 mmHg or SpO2 <92%; participation in another clinical study of the drug within the last 30 days.
