Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA I-II; (2) age =60 years old; (3) body mass index =35 kg/m2; (4) Elective pelvic floor surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previous psychiatric diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, depression, anxiety, etc.); (2) contraindications to general anesthesia or patients refusing general anesthesia; (3) patients with known ingredients of the study drug or allergy to other drugs used in the study; (4) use of opioids and other sedative and analgesic drugs within one week; (5) patients with a history of drug abuse; (6) patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction.
