Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ages 18 to 60, Han Chinese, of any gender; meets DSM-IV criteria for alcohol dependence; has completed the acute withdrawal period (within 30 days of withdrawal) with a CIWA-Ar score of 24; and has at least a junior high school education.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental disorders accompanied by a DSM-IV Axis I diagnosis (except nicotine dependence) 2. Complicated with insufficiency or failure of important organs such as heart, liver, lung and kidney and organic diseases of brain 3. Pregnant persons or those planning to become pregnant for nearly 3 months and breastfeeding women 4. Medication that interferes with alcohol cravings or impulsivity 1 month before enrollment or during follow-up
