Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?30 years old=age=75 years old, right-handed; ?The patient has a clear history of stroke, and clinical and imaging evidence supports the diagnosis of stroke; ?The patient has impairment in one or more cognitive domains, and the MoCA assessment score is <26 points; ? Vital signs are stable; ?I or my legal representative shall sign the informed consent form. Note: Only patients who meet the above 5 items can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those with unstable vital signs and severe complications of the respiratory and circulatory systems that have not been effectively controlled; ? Recurrent strokes and multiple focal strokes; ? Past history of epilepsy, cognitive impairment, depression or mental illness; ? Cognitive impairment caused by other reasons (such as heavy drinking, etc.); ? Combined with serious other organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; ? Have severe audio-visual impairments, language barriers, etc., and are unable to cooperate with the researcher; ? Cognitive impairment caused by other types of cognitive diseases (such as frontotemporal dementia, etc.). ? Those with contraindications to rTMS treatment and MRI examination: metal foreign bodies in the body, electronic devices, skull defects, etc. Note: Patients who meet any of the above conditions will be excluded.
