Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Thoracolumbar compression fracture with localized tenderness or limited movement, normal sensation and movement of the lower limbs; (2) The X-ray film and CT showed decreased bone mineral density of the vertebral body, thinning of the bone cortex, with or without kyphoscoliosis, interruption of the cortex or bone texture of the anterior and middle parts of the injured vertebrae, and flattenement of the vertebral body. (3) The fractured vertebral body showed low signal on T1 and high signal on T2 on MRI. (4) History of fracture =2 weeks;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) systemic or local infection; (2) hemorrhagic diseases; (3) there was obvious cortical bone incomplete in the posterior wall of the vertebral body or a fracture fragment entering the spinal canal; (4) unstable spinal fractures; (5) with spinal cord and nerve injury; (6) tumors cannot be completely excluded.
