Gold Standard:Adrenal CT results, adrenal MRI results, AVS results, postoperative pathology, and treatment response are used for comprehensive assessment and subtyping of AHA and IHA.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for PA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other types of secondary hypertension; resistant hypertension; severe heart failure; and active gastrointestinal bleeding; the ACTH stimulation test is not suitable for patients older than 80 years.
