Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Primary testicular or retroperitoneal germ cell tumor 2: Imaging stage II or III before chemotherapy 3: Received first-line platinum-based chemotherapy 4: Scheduled for retroperitoneal lymph node dissection after chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: The primary tumor of the testis is a pure seminoma 2: Patients with a pathological diagnosis of coexisting malignancies 3: Patients who have not undergone first-line chemotherapy for testicular cancer or who have not completed the planned chemotherapy due to adverse reactions or other reasons 4: Elevated tumor markers following chemotherapy 5: Residual retroperitoneal mass with a maximum diameter less than 1 cm after chemotherapy 6: Missing clinical and pathological data
