Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age range was between 18 and 75 years; 2) The patients were confirmed to be at high risk of ASCVD; 3) The included patients had not used lipid-lowering drugs before, and had no contraindications to statins and Xuezhikang capsule; 4) All patients provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who had taken drugs that affected lipid metabolism in the past six months were excluded; 2) These patients were also excluded, such as those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, poor blood glucose control, heart function class III-IV, severe valvular disease and other complex diseases, movement disorders and severe bone and joint diseases, severe infection, cancer, etc. ; 3) Patients with poor compliance were also excluded, such as not following the treatment plan, not taking medicine on time, unable to take medicine, etc. 4) Pregnant or lactating: The female patient is pregnant or lactating.
