Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cesarean section women aged 18-40, single pregnancy, and pregnancy period exceeding 37 weeks are eligible to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Including known bupivacaine, lidocaine allergy, known impaired thermoregulation or thyroid disease, gestational diabetes, vascular disease or skin perfusion insufficiency, ASA grade greater than Grade III, preeclampsia or eclampsia history, planned admission to intensive care unit, no eardrum/ear canal found by otoscopy, and the baseline temperature = 37 ° C
