Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With reference to the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis in Chinese Clinical Dermatology, patients were aged 18-70 years old and of either sex; they gave informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria related to psoriasis included above; (2) Those who are allergic to mushroom powder or its components; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; those with severe organic or functional insufficiency of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (4) Those who have used glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants and other drug therapy in the last 4 weeks; (5) Those who have used antibiotics, probiotics or synbiotics in the past month.
