At least one of the following symptoms: muscle rigidity, resting tremor (4-6Hz), postural balance disorder (not caused by primary visual, vestibular, cerebellar, or proprioceptive disorders)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of late-stage, severe, or unstable other internal medical conditions affecting brain function assessment. 2.History of acute cerebrovascular events in the past 3 months. 3.Active epilepsy. 4.History of psychiatric disorders (depression, anxiety, delirium). 5.Conditions such as aphasia, delirium, or impaired consciousness affecting freezing assessment. 6.Individuals who have undergone intracranial surgical treatment for Parkinson's disease. 7.Lack of cooperation or inability to effectively complete the trial during the experimental process. Participants undergoing treatment should discontinue all anti-Parkinson's disease medications for at least 12 hours before the examination to minimize the potential impact of medications.
