Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old 2) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I-III 3) Elective major abdominal surgery (estimated operation time > 2h, estimated hospital stay > 3d) 4) Use self-controlled intravenous anesthesia (PCIA) after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Transferred to ICU after surgery 2) Multiple surgeries (major abdominal surgery is not the patient's first surgery during hospitalization) 3) Patient data is missing 4) Addicts who took opioids before surgery
