Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-time college students. 2.Between the ages of 17 and 25. 3.Actively use one or more short video platforms for more than 2 hours per day. 4.Be willing and able to sign informed consent and participate throughout the study cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have received similar short video use interventions. 2.Psychiatric patients with a diagnosis of mental illness that may have affected the study results. 3.Students who do not agree to participate in the study or are unable to provide informed consent.
