Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the doctor's clinical diagnosis, it meets the diagnostic criteria of non-specific low back pain, that is, there is no clear organic cause of low back pain; 2.Low back pain lasting more than 6 weeks, belongs to chronic low back pain; 3.Have a smart phone and can skillfully use it, and are willing to receive and participate in intervention procedures through wechat platform; 4.Age >=18 years old 5.Willing and able to sign informed consent and participate in the entire study cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.do not have basic reading and writing skills, unable to receive and understand health information through wechat; 2.There are serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney or other vital organ dysfunction; 3.cognitive ability abnormalities, mental abnormalities and other unable to cooperate; 4.are participating in other similar research topics; 5. Unwilling to cooperate; 6. other reasons are not suitable for participants in the experiment
