Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fathers/mothers of ASD children aged =14 years old; 2. ASD children who meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), and have a diagnostic report issued by a hospital; 3. Ability to understand and complete the intervention content and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe mental illness or communication disorders; 2. Experience of other major psychological trauma events in the past 2 years.
