60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 to 80 years old, with ASA grade I to III, no obvious abnormality in cardiopulmonary function, no cognitive dysfunction, and no communication disorder, are undergoing surgery in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 2. Allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; 3. Chronic pain, psychiatric history; 4. History of chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney failure; 6. Language communication difficulties
