Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18-80 years old (including 18 and 80 years old); ? Gender is not limited; ? Early gastric cancer after ESD relative enlargement indication or ESD non-curable resection; ? endoscopic lift sign is positive; ? Physical strength score: ECOG=2 points, can tolerate standard radical gastrectomy; ? No history of gastrointestinal surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy; Liver, kidney, heart, lung, bone marrow function was normal (GPT4×109/L, PLT > 100×109/L); Able to understand and abide by the research protocol, agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients whose tracer staining range cannot be determined; ? The use of tracers or gastroscopy contraindications; (3) Failure to receive ESD treatment or ESD failure; (4) Coagulopathy, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and other surgical contraindication, or uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disease or mental disorder history, or organ transplantation requires immunosuppressive treatment; (5) Pregnancy, lactation, pregnancy may not take effective contraceptive measures and prepare to conceive; ? Patients with other systemic malignancies; Or the intraoperative evidence was metastatic gastric cancer or non-gastric cancer; ? Participate in other clinical trials.
